How to get rid of cellulite (success story)

How to get rid of cellulite:- Even thin people can have problems, although it looks worse when we are overweight. I saw us because cellulite has bothered me since my teens.

Now I'm over sixty, so I've had a lot of time to try everything and I'm afraid the news is not very good. I have tried special diets, private exercises, dry brushing, expensive gels, massages with machines and by hand, very expensive thermal wraps, showers with hot or cold water all without any real success. The heat wraps helped for a few hours, exercise and diet reduced centimeters, but did not affect cellulite very much, dry brushing gave me a soft and lovely skin, but You guessed it.

Finally, in my fifties I decided that eating a healthy diet (lots of vegetables and fruits, low fat and sugar, lean meats) and exercising to keep my muscles in shape were the only things I could do that had a lasting effect. This lifestyle keeps my weight under control and my figure in shape. In my clothes I look decent enough and nobody can see that wet cellulite is still there.

I spend very little time in a bathing suit, but when I do I wear a long suit like the ones that sport swimmers usually wear. That gives me the confidence to get into the water (Oh, how fragile our self-confidence can be!)

My advice is not to spend money on creams, gels, wraps or other treatments. They really are not worth the money. Eat a healthy diet and exercise so you can be happy with how it looks on your clothes. You can try dry brushing and hot / cold leg showers, they are as effective as anything else.

Walking fast or any sport or exercise that makes you gasp will burn fat; Strength training (not bodybuilding, just body weight or light weights is enough) will shape your muscles and, therefore, your figure. I think this regimen makes me feel good, with cellulite or without cellulite.
